3. Orders and Payments

• Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of a power outage or technical failure affecting our inventory systems, we will notify affected customers as soon as possible.
• Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards and approved electronic transfers. Ownership of goods passes to the customer only once full payment has been received.

4. Collection and Delivery

• In-Store Collection: Customers are responsible for checking the quality and quantity of goods at the time of collection
• Operating Hours: Collection times are subject to standard operating hours, including adjusted schedules for public holidays and Easter weekends.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products(meats, poultry and dairy), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is defective or expired at the time of purchase.
• The issue is reported within _ of purchase with a valid receipt.
• The product has been stored according to the temperature specifications

6. Competition and Promotions
